We've had great success making Camtasia videos (we teach people how to get online quickly, so much of our work is screen-capture 'how to' videos) and using them for lead magnets, sales pages, and of course, content for our courses. We use YouTube for lead gen, but like to host our own videos on Amazon S3 when we are sharing our content - it looks more professional than streaming off of YouTube, and we don't want to wake up one day and find that all of our content has gone away (this can happen when you use a free site - it's happened to friends of ours with hundreds of content videos online).
